Do condo owners need building management approval for window or balcony cleaning?

In most cases, no. As the unit owner, you can hire us directly for cleaning inside your unit and on your balcony. Some buildings may require advance notice to concierge or service elevator booking — we’re familiar with this process and happy to coordinate with building management if needed.

Both. We can clean interior windows, balcony glass and railings, sliding doors, and interior glass surfaces — whatever your unit needs.

For interior and balcony cleaning we’ll need access to your unit. We’ll coordinate a time that works with your schedule.
